MILAN - The meetings promoted by the Ministry of Health at the Italian Pavilion of Expo Milano 2015 do not go on vacation. At the Spazio Donna there was talk of eating and neoplasms. The topic is always current, and obviously does not include only eating habits, but also an overall lifestyle that can help prevent organic degenerations of cancer-related diseases: "Let's say that the discourse should be strictly framed in a logic of prevention - explained the rapporteur Massimo Vincenzi, a dietician, a member of the Adi foundation and a representative of the Ministry of Health - but it can also be an aid in the event of illness already contracted, in compatibility with the therapies prescribed by his oncologist ". The Mediterranean diet proves to be a valid ally as often happens, above all assisted by regular physical activity, which is not necessarily intended as a competitive activity: a constant habit of walking is sufficient to offer a valid support.
