"The Mediterranean Diet continues alive as an intangible heritage"

The subdirectora general de Protección del Patrimonio Histórico of the Ministry of Culture and Deporte, Elisa de Cabo, has subrayado hoy que the mediterránea diet as heritage inmaterial de la Humanidad, reconocida for UNESCO in 2010, sigue viva gracias in the papel fundamental que desarrolla Soria.

De Cabo has asistido hoy a la cloister de la vigésimo cuarta edición de Soria Saludable which, organized by the Fundación Científica Caja Rural de Soria (FCCR), has devoted itself to the cycle of conferences and activities in la familia y el bienestar.
