"WHO recognizes the multiple benefits of the Mediterranean Diet on health"

The Organización Mundial de la Salud (WHO) has noted that it is possible to establish the health of the diet mediterránea, considered as a de las más saludables del mundo. In concrete terms, the WHO señala que the diet mediterránea está directamente asociada with a menor tasa de mortalidad, gracias a sus efectos en la prevención de enfermedades cardiovasculares, enfermedades cognitivas, the type diabetes 2018 y cáncer, entre otros.
