(AGI) - Rho (Milan), 4 Sept. - Daily physical movement, constant activity for the brain and a nutritional approach that enhances the daily diet even before aging. These are the three variables capable of reducing the risk of Alzheimer's by up to 50%. On the occasion of one of the appointments organized at Expo Milano 2015 by the Ministry of Health, Dr. Giuliano Binetti of Irccs San Giovanni di Dio Fatebenefratelli of Brescia, explained the preventive potential inherent in nutrition: "Alzheimer's is a non only medical and physical but also social - he said - the sick will tend to increase because we are a population that ages significantly. We do not have drugs that solve the problem, those we have slow it down but do not attack it, therefore all the strategies that they can prevent or postpone they should be sponsored. Nutrition is one of these preventive approaches ".
