"The Mediterranean of food meets at the Expo and the Diet becomes best practice"

Behind the food and every product of the Mediterranean Diet is hidden culture, history, tradition, work: all elements that it is important to convey when talking about a healthy lifestyle that identifies with a food style called Mediterranean Diet. It is discussed on Friday 18 September, at Expo Milano, in the Sala Europa of the European Union Pavilion, on the occasion of the fifth edition of the International Mediterranean Diet Forum, the symposium organized by the Imperia Chamber of Commerce and the Promimperia Special Agency and by Mipaaf, which involves 13 Countries facing the Mediterranean and members of Re.COMed.
