A December 4 dedicated to healthy food and balanced eating habits that organized at the European Parliament in Brussels by the Honorable Aldo Patriciello and Paolo De Castro. Protagonist is the Mediterranean Diet, already a UNESCO World Heritage Site and universally recognized for its beneficial effects on the organism, considered by many experts as a real elixir of long life. To animate the day will be just specialists in the field, representatives of the countries where this model of diet is more widespread. Speakers from Greece, Spain, Italy, will illustrate how and why the Mediterranean Diet, associated with a healthy lifestyle, contributes to reducing typical diseases of our time including Alzehimer, tumors, cardiovascular problems.
